Today happiness is...

1. Finally receiving a book I purchased from an ebay seller who has not responded to my emails for almost a month. Won't be buying from her again!

2. Not putting any weight on over the weekend despite going out for dinner twice.

3. Trusting that the Universe will take care of things in ways that I cannot even begin to imagine :-)

4. Understanding the concept of SWITCHWORDS a little better and seeing small but immediate results.

5. The friendliness and great service offered by the guy thay I deal with for my advertising through Coffee News. This guy is a real gem!
